CA Emissions 04 1200

[BONERACIN]

I am in the military and i guy just reported in with a 1200 with the CA emissions. It is running like crap and he asked if i could take a look at it. Is there a way to get rid of all that emssions stuff? We don't need any of that in TX. Also he asked if i could remove the baffles from  his stock pipes. After giving him the loss of torque lecture he still wants them removed, any suggestions on getting them out?
