I would say that is about 1300 dollars too much.  MSRP is 16999, the most they could charge after that is destination charge.  That means that you would pay 18300 then tax.  I am pretty sure you can make an offer of 18500 out the door and they would take it.  If they won't then go somewhere else.  My friend just bought his Ultra with cast wheels, security, abs and color out the door was 23203.  That means he paid for a 2009 Ultra $21290 + .0850 tax, tag, title.  I paid 20500 out the door for mine it is a 2009 also doesn't have the security that is the only difference.  I had a trade that was worth quite a bit and it was paid off is why I got a better deal then he did.

Your numbers look good. I'll let them hang and look for a better deal. If none, guess I'll wait for now and go back to looking for a used one.. Problem is that most of them are 2003 with that 100 year badging which I really don't care for.  Max
