Internal Fork Stops

I've posted this "elsewhere" and got no response.       I've always gotten good replies on HTT but this one time thought I'd give "elsewhere" a shot at it. Live and learn.    So,here's what's up.  A bought an Ultima 58mm Inverted front end from Jireh. Gorgeous and a great deal on it.  Massive tubes and trees!  It made my stock bars look like a coat hanger so I had to opt for the 1 1/4" bars.  Also got the Ultima internal fork stop kit with it.  I've never messed with anything to do with the neck so I don't have a clue as to what needs to be done to fit this stop.  Can someone help out?   I appreciate it.
