03 Sporty Top end ticking (XL)

Low milage and has a top end tick.Are these solids or hydralics?Are they adjustable or can you buy adjustable pushrods for it?That's the only thing I can think of that would cause the top end ticking.

Lifters are hydraulics.  this probably isn't going to help, but my '00 top end has been ticking for over 25k.  All the evo Sporties that I've been around have notice able top end noise.
