Missing after final map tts

Decided v-tune was complete, so I finalized map (changed tables back to original, and smoothed).  Now I have a "miss" in the "upper" rpm range.  Not sure of rpm, but seems to happen mainly between 2nd-3rd shift.  Did not have the miss while v-tuning.  Am I missing something?

update:  I just switched back to v-tune map (before I set tables to original, and smoothed) and took bike out for a test ride.  Miss is gone, so it has something to do with the map I finalized.  I double checked everything.  Maybe I messed up the "smoothing"?  I just took the last good "known" number and duplicated it all the way over to 100%.  What am I missing guys?

From what MAP position did you smooth?
What bike model?

I dont bother smoothing in to the areas I dont run and that works for me.
07 FLTR, TD's, 9.7:1CR.

its an 07 softail standard with engine work.  I smoothed from different tps (stair stepped with rpm).  I going to finalize the map without smoothing and see if it still misses.
