Best Torque Cam for 10.2:1 103"

What would be the best cam for a carbed FLHR 103" with street ported 2006 heads?  Two-up touring. Looking for good torque in 2000-3500 range.  Got the conversion kit for N-type of cams. Looking at TW54N as an option with SE beehive valve springs (for lift up to 575) . BTW is Wood TW6 available as N-cam (special order)?
