Compared to me Columbo was a thumb drive.

Motor is back together.  Build changed to 3.875 +.030"  KB Cast coated skirts pistons with seasoned H/D bored and honed to fit of .001"~.0015".  Zero deck clearance on pistons unlike the J E pistons, which were -.004~.005".  Cylinder height was the same in both sets of cylinders.  Loaded 32118-02C  SE cartridge to heat cycle and light break in.  Need some warmer weather to put some miles behind before final tune.  Twin Cam rods are pretty tough as rod perpendicularity/parallelism was checked and found to be OK before reassembly.  Thanks to all !!  Happy Turkey Day !!!!
