Just curious as to what the difference is between the pistons and cylinders on the 06 95" and the 07 103" H-D Big Bore Kits? TIA                  Coff 06

Jugs are the same.  The pistons on the 103 are stroker pistons.

Coff,
Like Calvin said the diameter is the same but the wristpin placement is closer to the top of the piston on a 103 because of the longer stroke.....Headcase

So all you would need to do is buy 103" pistons, use 95" jugs on an 07 to get 103.Trying to help my brother upgrade with my take offs. Thanks            Coff 06

the tc96 usually leaves the pistons in the hole, be sure and check deck height.

Coff - its was a bit more than that for me. I know that its a mixed opinion here, but I had my jugs bored to match the pistons. Lots of places will do the boring and piston combo for relatively cheap.
