Any intake manifold problems when you shaved your heads

I'm thinking about having my heads shaved .06 or less. This will drop the heads down by that amount putting the intake manifold ports slightly closer together. When any of you guys shaved your heads did it create any problems fitting the manifold.

That was standard practice before twinkies came along. No problems. It's the new bikes with the 1 piece throttle bodies that have fitment problems when you mill the heads.

I have the heads cut .050 on my bagger (91) and .040 on my FXEF (85), no issues on either after considerable miles on both after the work.
