Any intake manifold problems when shaving your heads

I'm thinking about having my heads shaved .06 or less. This will drop the heads down by that amount putting the intake manifold ports slightly closer together. When any of you guys shaved your heads did it create any problems fitting the manifold.

I shaved my head today, had the wife do a little touch up in the back where it is hard to see, so far no problems with the intake!

As already said, hand file, or belt sander.
