Whats the differance in the smoothing 5 and the smoothing three I under stand how different dynos and weather work.

Smoothing averages the pulses peaks and valleys to show less "jaggedness" in the line. 0 smoothing uses the least averaging, and shows each little up/down caused by belt tension, ignition variation, etc. 5 smoothing uses the most averaging, filling in the valleys with the peaks.
