Make 2 into 1 out of stock pipes ????

Anybody ever make 2 into 1 pipes out of the stock header pipes? Wonder how the performance would be? Looks easy enough. 95 RK.

  I have made a few sets of pipes,,2 into 1...I found that a panhead style was the hardest to do...My shovel was the easiest do to some after market pipes I started with,,, then put a Kerker silencer on the end to give it a muscle bike look...It had good low end grunt,,,painted pipes flat black...I had used a mig for the welds do to the chrome on the pipes,,when usin steel or stainless the tig is nicer ,,,remnber to put a purge in the pipe with a tig.

you just get a freeze plug from a auto shop that fits the rear cross over and plug it off and it all runs out the right side.
