Im thinking i might have a bad valve or burnt valve.  We cannot get the back cylinder to tune, it wanting more fuel and when you think you have it it will stay tuned for a few runs and then it goes away but no smoking at all on engine. CNC  Ported heads 7000 mile 113" motor it is at 115HP & 118 TQ but the rear cylinder changes when you think you have it.I know how to check for a bad valve im just wondering if you would be able to tell while riding.

A "bad" valve can't be tuned and "go away". It's either okay or not, no middle ground. Sounds like the bike's 'puter is the problem. Are you running O2 sensors? I would tend to think this is something electrical, sounds like something is getting hot and then increasing or decreasing resistance (which ever the case).
