broken 51 pan

need some help in trying to salvage a 51 pan , 1 flywheel in tough shape thrust washer spun, try to repair or look for new ones, what years will work? will 51 cases accept timken bearing races. any help would be great as i have limited knowhow for this repair just don't know which way to go, thanks

I sent my flywheels and rods to T&O and had them rebuilt to stock configuration. They fixed them, sent me the spec sheets and all the old parts when they returned them. Not sure for the price, peace of mind knowing you are dealing w/ established name and reputation, there is anyone out who is better at what they do. If yours is beyond repair they sell flywheels and rods as well.

Why not simply buy new S&S wheels and leave the old fatigued stuff for the recycle pile? You could even gain a few inches when you are doing it.
