S & S Carb tuning

Need a little advise tuning the bike. EVO with S&S carb.  Bike is popping- backfiring on decell and seams to stall when slowing down to make turns etc.

Bike is Rich...what  mods are done to the engine??

If it's popping on decel going down hill, try turning the mixture screw out alittle.

I'd set air/idle at 1 1/2 turns, .028 pilot, .066 main, pump at 3 turns out, for starters, on OE Evo, mufflers/air cleaner.

Born4, Did ya buy the carb from S&S, or from somebody else?  When I bought one from S&S, they told me it would be jetted for my altitude.

Using somebody elses jet numbers might work if you're both near the same altitude, but not is you're in Miami Florida and he's in Denver.
