Do most of you replace or reuse the cylinder studs, and do you use never seize
on the threads to torque the heads or oil?

Reuse the studs.Place a drop of oil on threads and a drop on the face of the nut.
It must be true,I read it on the internet.

I measure stud height on teardown. If no stud stretch, I re-use. My personal ride has been through two builds with the
same studs. Counting the factory assembly they have been torqued three times and no problems. I have read that the replacement studs always
fit loose in the case. NOT a good thing. Use a litle clean oil on the threads of the nuts and a couple of drops on the underside of the nut flange.
Torque to specs in the SM or the head gasket manufacturer.
