heavy front end need help

i test rode an 883L, front end was very heavy.  anyone might know why?  test rode other 883 lows and didn't have this problem.  it was a 2007 883 Low I had the problem with.

I think a low tire or low fork oil or combination of both can give a heavy front end feeling.

thanks for the help i was thinking the same went back to check ou bike and 8# in frnt and 12# in rear,rides like a dream.i think i am going to buy.07 883l 5k miles lots of extras all hd bags wind shield, rims lots of extra chrome 5500.00 ithink thts a steal
