Is it possible for a cylinder stud ( cam side ) to be pulled from the case while your riding around??

Out for my my last ride yesterday and heard an exhaust leak noise when it was put under a load check the flanges and they were tight. So now am left scratching my head where the noise could be coming from.  God am I glad it's winter.

they (flanges) can be tight and still leak. What exhaust, how long has it been fitted up this time, what exhaust gaskets were used ..... ?
