Gas prices

I live in western New York. The feds. are doing an investigation on why our gas prices haven't dropped as much as the rest of the nation.  $2.29 a gal. as of today 11/30/08.
Just wondering how far out of whack we are.  What are you paying for reg. (87 oct.) and where?

it dropping so fast that evferytime I go into town its 10cents or more cheaper, $1.95 at the usually higher priced Chevron yesterday

It was $1.54 a few days ago in SW Ohio, but jumped to $1.74 when crude rose $4/barrel.

Like any other commodity, the seller will charge whatever the traffic will bear.
