Maybe the subject of jetting is more interesting than mileage?

First short road trip on my new 107" build in my '02 FLHT; Axtell kit, Dewey's  (DD) heads, TW32G cams, Rinehart True Duals, DTT set at 5/5 and CV44 jetted w/220 main, 46 slow and N8EL needle. Followed Axtell instructions for heat cycling and set rev limiter at 3500 for first 500 miles.  Put 200 highway miles on this weekend, ran 70-80mph, 80 at least half the time and got 32mpg.  :emsad: I didn't pull the plugs after the run but will do that.  I think mileage shoud be better and that I should drop main to 210 or even 200 and perhaps change needle to N8EK.

Looking for some sage advice on jetting this carb for this build that will improve mileage. :smiled:
