Posting for a friend with no manual. What is the torque value for the rear axle nut on a 09 Ultra?

09 Touring Service Manual says tighten rear axle cone nut 15-20 ft-lbs.

I'm not familiar with '09s but 15-20 ft-lbs seems way too low.

OK, it looks like the 15-20ft lbs is correct for initial, and setting the Belt Tension, But, Final torque is 95-105 ft lbs.
