How does each person prefer to do it?  Pistons in cylinders and then place assembly onto motor or install pistons on rods and than place cylinders over pistons?  This is on a Deuce.  Thanks, Calvin.

Well depends on the pistons and motor. If the pin intrudes into the lower ring groove there is only one practical way pistons and barrels installed in the chassis. If it is possible I like to install the pistons on the bench poke them up install the barrels on the studs, poke them down and install the pins and clips.

you can slide the piston down over the rod then slide in the wrist pin (push in with thumb-no hammer) then put on the wristpin clips, then compress the rings (staggered joints) and slide the cylinder over the piston, make sure your o-ring base gasket is on the cylinder first..
