PCIII USB start up map for a new 95" build on a '06 RK

Can anyone suggest a decent PCIII USB start up map for a 2006 Road King with the following ?
Stock ECM ( no stage x downloads )
95" BB kit
heads cc's to 9.4 to 1 comp, otherwise stock '06 heads
Andrews 26N conversion cams
SE air cleaner assembly
Rinehart true duals and mufflers
Will have bike dyno'ed but just looking for a starter map so we can get the bike running. TIA....Ed.
