Missing Gaskets

Has anyone ever dealt with Custom Chrome? I just installed a Wiseco 1200 conversion kit on my '04 Sporty and ordered a top end gasket kit from Custom Chrome. The morons forgot to put the tappet cover gaskets in the box. So here I sit with the bike still in pieces on the garage floor having to order the gaskets separately. Another 2 days without the bike. Believe me the rage is bubbling just below the surface Just wanted to vent my frustrations folks. Thanks.
