spring fork measurement

What is the length on original BT forks, 28" ? Measurement taken from top of rigid fork to c/o of axle hole on rocker? take measurement when forks are unsprung or have tension/ bike weight.

28 1/4 with no weight on front end,with wheel off. Centerline of axle hole on rocker to top of fork assy.
