I am in process of doing a biuld,

95 inch
S&S 570 G
ported heads,
crank trued welded
many other parts including a daytona twin tech ignition module TC88A ( I have the cable and software to connect to my lap top also)

It was suggested I run it on my stock bike for a while (I have spare components at the machine shop so I can still ride while waiting on parts to be completed ) and get used to some of the changes it allows.

What would be the appropriate settings for my stock 88 b motor and also what are some suggestions for settings once my biuld is complete? ( basically a "Hippo" biuld with a bit more detail).

Thanks.

The TC88A

Only has 2 timing settings and 2 for rpm limit.

Initial and advance slope are my only choice.

Set the initial dial at 2 & the slope dial at 5

would that be for the stock set up or for the build when complete?

Stock would be initial 5 & slope 7

2 & 5 should work well for starters on a 10.1 CR build

Would the same settings work on a crane HI-4TC ignition?
