I have clean clear oil leaking from both forks ,the problem is I cannot figure out where it's coming from.
I think it's from the very bottom where the Axel bolts up but looking at my manual there's no opening at the very bottom of the forks it's not my front caliper and it's not running down from the top of the forks the bike is A  77 flh  any help is much appreciated and thanks in advance.

-77 year ran an early and late change...you may have the later frontend with the damper tube retaining bolt at the bottom.  Pull the axle and have a look.........

Does it smell like brake fluid? If so could it be leaking from a hose or fitting?

Hydra-Glide forks have the damper vave stud going through the bottom of the slider and secured with a nut that sits just above the bore the axle slides through. If yours is the same, the gaskets for the damper tube bushing could be leaking.
You could slide the axle out and see if there's leakage in there.

At a certain point (and I sure can't remember now) that sockethead cap screw went metric so be careful.

Went metric, 6mm, with the Showa Forks in '75.

Yeah I SERIOUSLY would look at the hoses and calipers.  Make sure first it isn't brake fluid as already mentioned.  A nice single drip running down the hoses or off the calipers will be clear looking; but the stuff will show up on the ground, or on a fender.
