Fatboy suspension

My 04 Fatboy is pretty stiff. I ride single and weigh 190, the rear is extremely stiff. I checked the preload and its set about where it should be for my weight. I dont mind changing oil weights to get a better ride but really don't want to spring for replacement shocks/fork components. Has anybody else had this issue and found a solution?

I checked the preload and its set about where it should be for my weight.

I'd still lighten the preload and try that before spending money.
Niether my 04 nor my 08 Heritage had any issues like yours, and I weigh near the same as you. 
Something is wrong on yours. I'd suspect the adjustment.
