When I run my bike at highway speeds for a while, my upper left case bolt (one that right between the jugs) weeps oil.  It's getting a little old with just the right amount of oil drops to piss me off.  Last time I had the jugs off I can't remember if this bolt goes all the way through the cases to the other side where a bolt comes out with a nut on it.  I looked in my trusty manuel but all it has torque sequence for these crankcase nuts.  Can I just take this bolt out and put some sealer on the threads and be fine or will this screw around with the torque sequence?  The motor is a 1996, 88"  S&S that runs like a top.

On factory cases its either a bolt or stud which goes right through both cases ,I have removed these before & had no problems.

Thanks, I found it on the S&S site.  They have great customer support by the way.
