Bike Shows, Best of the WEST/EAST

Been many a year since I went to my 1st bike show...was in Daytona Beach, early 90's, actually went to at least a couple that I remember...Boardwalk Classic and the Rat's Hole....both were awesome...remember that there was a few bikes with parts plated with gold, bronze, and heaven knows what else...I also remember some bikes with etching on the cases and elsewhere....haven't been to one like those since and wonder if they still do that sort of thing... I know they still have bike shows and the one that has caught my interest is the Artistry in Iron out in Las Vegas... anyone have Favorites that they would like to share?   TIA    RKC03
