Can i install rubber mounts on a 94 Sportster 1200XL?

The frames changed substantially from '03 (last year of rigid engine mount) to '04 (first year rubber mount engine), so you can't just buy HD parts to make the switch. I heard about a kit some time ago, but I've never seen one.
