tts timing need help

Good day
before i start with the timing  phase i have some interrogations?
1- first run is to removed sparks, after this run ,the the manual said add 2 degree below 80 Kpa ,does it
include 80Kpa and the area where sparks have already been removed?
2- after the manual said ,when barely want to ping removed 3 degrees across the board,and after what means  extend the trend over 80Kpa, is it the value at 80 Kpa including the 3 degrees already removed or the amount of sparks removed at 80Kpa?
