I'm trying to clean up my EGSport's rear end. thinking on moving the plate under the tail light, custom turn signals. then putting a Roadglide seat on from a '05. don't know what I want to put in the open ends of the frame, the spot where the tour-pak mount went. Remember in'89 they went to the newer frames till '09. I'm a machinist and welder not scared of much.

Sounds like you have a plan,why not get an 07 flhx fender extension and fab up some nice metel covers to hide the mounts for the tour pak mount, then send them out for chrome.

the only bad thing about the FLHX fender ext. is that its VIN restricted or as of 07 but that would look sweet
