2009 Street Glide exhaust caution

Hey Guys, when working on your OEM exhaust on these new bikes make sure to place a floor jack and raise the front-left side up before you button up all the bolts. If you don't the front of the left-side pipe sags and the heat shield will scrape when leaning in the turns. The SG is lowered from the factory, so I am assuming for now this doesn't apply to all FLHs and only applies to the SGs.

All I did was add some slip-ons and this happened to me

Hopefully this will save someone elses exhaust from getting scraped up like mine did....

On a side note, if anyone has removed their 09 OEM exhaust - I could use a couple heat shields :embarrassed:

I am now in need of the small one on the left side and the one on the front-right side
