OT-Ever Hear of this book?

This is off topic however vehicle related...LOL

I have a first edition copy of "1949 National Police Automobile Directory"
Authored by William O'Brien.

It has every automobile of the times pictured.  Front, back sides and all dashboard shots.

it was to assist police in identifying cars quickly.

I was going to put it on ebay (I dont use it) however cant seem to find a lick of info about the author or anything about the book whatsoever.

Hoping someone else may know of this directory.
