there's a new paint additive that will heal it self...So no you can buff it out....anyway if ya want to read about it..It's on a m.i.t. site technology review.....I found it on my favorite site kurzweilAI.net   

          But now your paint job can heal itself....just thought you might like it....I just got'a get one of those...someday..
