which DeKa battery?

Anybody know which DeKa battery fits a '01 Wide Glide?  Also looking for recommendations on where to buy one.

Call the factory retail store and ask about the fitment. Phone 610-682-6361 and ask for retail sales.
You could also go to their website http://www.dekabatteries.com/ to find a dealer. Keep in mind they put many different brand labels on the batteries but if you look for small letters on some of the labels that says EPM PRODUCTS Baltimore Maryland or some mix of those words....it's a DeKa.

Th ETX20L is the correct application and these guys are the best deal I have found.

Yes. The ETX20L is correct. I always use this guy on ebay 280551036549 price ends up being exactly the same. I think the Deka may have a slightly thicker case or something because they're a very snug fit but it is a non-issue.
