Need help flashing the ECM.

Hello to all.  I just got done with my B.B. Stage 2 upgrade in my garage.  I need help flashing the ECM.  I have the new SEST.  My bike is '06 Deuce with a cartridge stage 1 flash from when I had Stage 1 done when I first bought.  Regardless of what file I select to try to download, it comes up and says this file is not compatible with this ECM.  I can tell I am connected to the bike because when I turn the key switch on, the Icon in the lower left corner gives me the green conected line.  It does not show any data from the ECM, such as cal data, part number, etc.  Any ideas?  Thanks, Calvin.
