FYI  I thought this was interesting...  A friend has a 1998 Evo Road king with slip on muffs, EV27 cam, heads shaved -.060, dyna dual fire, SE Air, & CV tweaked.
My 2005 twincam Road King currently only has Rinehart true duals, SE Air, and a PC III.

The dyno results are almost identical.
EVO  73.2  /  76.9   HP / TQ and
TC    73.3  /  75.9   HP / TQ

and FWIW..  I had been playing with my PC III maps by going with plug color, milage, and feel, in an attempt to get a little more MPG and have some fun.  Last week I took it in
for a simple $100 dyno tune.  Basically, my map had the AFR at 13.9 to 14.0 to 1 throughout the RPM range.  The new custom map puts the AFR right on 13.5 to 1,
and produces about 2-6 more HP & 4-6 more TQ pretty much throughout the RPM range.
The quick custom map was very close to the 'appropriate canned' map from dynojet.
