2000-up front end on my 1995 ultra?

i was thinking about switching out my front end on my 95 ultra to 2000-up lowers wheels, brakes all that good stuff.  Just wondering if anyone had done this adventure? the only thing that i was really wondering about was the speedo drive? any insight would be great !!

The speedo drive is the big problem. There were'nt any made for a 1" axle. however, you can convert to a rear wheel drive for a pretty reasonable cost ( about $50 or $60). Stock they are for a 2240:60 ratio. I've been running one since I switched from a 4 speed to a 5 speed and it's never been a problem. By the way, your gonna love the 4 piston calipers.
