Considering a power upgrade?
First and foremost, focus on your tuning plan.

Yep, that too. (106.5)
I was thinking though, that his upcoming build was a 4.00 stroke bored case version?? (106.9)

Faast Ed

I already forgot what year bike he was building, I though it was an 07?

Then I think the numbers in GMR's post are the ones you need. (3.937)

No room for mistakes there, no doubt.

GoFast.....

I'm ordering head gaskets for it so I have to have the right size

I think a 07 107 0.30 head gasket takes a 4" head gasket http://www.cometic.com/harleydavidson.aspx

Part number  C9725

Coff 06

The 4" were all I could find at Cometic for my 3.937 jugs I just installed on my 06, 98",(4.00 stroke),run's great,no problems.           Coff 06

The ID on the 3.875" bore Cometic head gasket measures 3.910" so 4" may be a little big for a 3.937" bore.  Thirty five thou big is one thing.  Sixty two thou big seems a bit much to me.

Call Cometic.  They will have the correct answer.

the same bore as the 98" motor that you built for the nighttrain .
