head bolt torque ?

Had the heads redone was looking for the head torque #s on a 2003 1200. Book I have said to Torque down to 20lbs than a quarter turn past that. Thought there should be a value?

It is a torque and turn method for OEM gaskets but more like 7ft lbs then 14ft lbs and then a final 90 degree turn. Work uphill starting on the spark plug side of the heads.
