I would like to change out stock one for a SE one,was told bike would run alot better i have a stock flstc just pipes and k&n air and rejet.

Don't waste your money. Save it for a set of cams if you want it to run better  :wink:

The advantage is generally in the increased rev limit, but with a mostly stock bike at stock compression levels there's probably a negative sum gain since most of the SE ignitions retard timing.  Even if they didn't retard timing, a mostly stock bike isn't doing a lot of pulling switching at the added rpm range.
