My 88" five speed TC was happy at about 32-3500 rpm.

My 96" six speed TC is happy at same RPM's.  3500 is real good.

My cruise control does not work in sixth gear  :cry:
It slid 112 feet and I had no road rash

I have to agree with most others here.  My 05 TC 88B feels right at 70 to 75.  From 75 on up it feels like it is working harder at a disporportial rate and the fuel milage drops likewise.  If I don't look at the speedo and just ride where it feels best it is always between 70 to 75 when I look down at the speedo.
