Turn signal module

A friend just received a v rod ... but the turn signal module is toast...number is 69457-09 and the standard pricing is around $190.00 USD but in Beijing this price jumps to over twice that amount. I am looking for a way to order it for the standard price or even better to get a better price so as to take care of the shipping and possible tax for it to enter China.  Any suggestions would be welcome. Any mail order V rod Harley dealers or perhaps alternate retailers.
