I would like some info on road king axle dimension . I want to put a 2007  r.k. mag on my 2001 rk.  Seems that in 2004 they changed the size, went from a 3/4" to 1" axle. Can I just change bearings and put mags on. different info from shops. Don't want to buy rims then not work out. thanks

i just changed bearings ,spacers inside and outside no problem
HAVE A GOOD TIME ITS LATER THAN YOU THINK

Trouble

What about where the axle(s) go through the swingarm and lower legs?
You can try and make something idiot-proof, but those idiots are so darn clever

Front axle and bearings are the same  1 inch .  Rear wheel bearings and spacer will have to be changed to  3/4 inch to fit the` 01................bladerunner

Do I need to think about tire size. Didn't harley change tire size in 07 or 08.

The   `07  wheels are the same  rim width as your `01 . You could use  your 130 mm, or go to a 140 mm with  a sprocket spacer  ,like the pingel  .  There are other  spacers available . I just put  07 wheels on my `01 Eglide  . I went with a 1 1/8 belt and 1 1/8 rear pulley , and a 150 Avon .  The new  bikes are using  narrow belts and  seem to be ok...time will tell.............bladerunner
