2008 vs2009 RK

I just sold mt 2006 RK!I am in the market for a 2007/2008/2009 RK.Whats the skinny these years for problems like rear cyl. heating,rear cyl.overheating cut-out ETC.Any info would be good.My 2006 was a great bike,now I wish I had it back.Thank

get the new bike and have it tuned with a TTS tuner and you will be fine.

TTS and Vance & Hines Monster Ovals will make a world of difference with response and heat. The new exhaust header route really helps as well. The new gearing will give you a decent punch in 6th gear even at 60mph. From the limited miles I have put on my 09 FLTR, ( winter ), I see nothing but positives with the 2009. Gear changes are impressively smoother.
I previously had a 2008 Ultra with the same mods and there is no comparison, IMO, in the rideability between the two.
