Whata you call the hollow bolts?

What is the proper name for and where can I get one. I have a Ness Big Sucker Air filter kit and I need to replace one of the long hollow bolts that secure the air filter to the backing plate, What are they called? This is Christmas and I'll start a proper search tomorrow but in the meantime I've been looking online and can't find anything. I busted the stainless screw off in the whatcha bolt and I know I'll never get that stainless screw out.

I'd go with lots of heat from a heat gun (300* for red, less for blue?)
