08 Nightrod rear tire

looking at a 08 nightrod, it has a 180 rear tire, is that right, specs show a 280?

original stock size for an'08 Vrod and Nightrod special is 240

2008 Night rod is equipped with a 180 rear tire. The 2008 Night Rod Special has the 240

thanks, with 1k miles I was wondering why the tire would of been changed But It sounds like 180 is correct

Hal64hd is correct. You can easily convert the 180 over to the 240 if you want the wider look. I have an 06D that I'll be converting over to the 260 along with some other mods to the motor and the Trask turbo so I planned on the upgrade for the wide tire during this rebuild.
