After a few years of being bikeless I'm finally back on 2 wheels...  Just picked up a 1999 883 XLC.  This is my first Evo, I rode an Ironhead for a few years.  I know a few people on this board and looking forward to getting to know some more.  Not really looking to do much with the bike other then enjoy it for now, but we'll see how long that lasts! 

I'm originally from California, I've been in the Navy for 12 years and have lived in VA for 4.  I'm a welder/plumber (HT).  Up for orders right now, may be moving down to Florida later this year.

Welcome to HTT ... I think you will find the EVO Sporty engine and trany far better then the Iron Head version
